Salty cheese cookies

 

Ingredients:

150 g wheat flour

100 g freshly grated Västerbotten cheese

Optional: 1 packet of bacon, chopped and fried until crispy

 

Directions:

Put everything in a food processor together with 100 g butter, salt to taste. Form the dough into a roll, leave in the fridge to cool. Cut the roll into discs. Form each disc to a ball and put on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes in 200 °C.
