Sponge cake

Oven temperature: 175°C



3 eggs

2,5 dl sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar/a few drops of vanilla essence

50 g butter

1 dl milk

3,5 dl wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

a pinch of salt



Grease and bread a cake tin. Beat egg and sugar fluffy. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar or essence and salt, and fold into the egg and sugar mixture. Pour the milk into the melted butter and then pour the butter and milk gently into the cake mix. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
