Anchovies discs

Serves 10-12

 

Ingredients:

1 packet of cold puff pastry (275 g)

100 g fillets of anchovies

100 g unsalted butter

 
 

Directions:  

Mix the fillets of anchovies with room temperature butter in a food processor until smooth. Roll out the puff pastry and spread butter on top. Roll up tightly and put the roll in the freezer for a couple of hours. Take out and cut in thin slices on a baking tray. Bake in hot oven 8-10 minutes or until golden.
