Oven temperature: 160°C



1 pre-baked pastry case still in the tin

3 dl whipping cream

3 eggs

3 dl grated cheese

Salt and pepper to taste



Mix cream and eggs, season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the grated cheese into the piecrust. Pour over the cream and milk mixture. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
